This month’s photography contest from STW, brought in some inspired photographs on animated India. Our top photographers find their splendid pictures on this post.

Thunder-galore! White lightning streaks the electric blue sky on a wet monsoon evening.

Though not the most animated image it conveys the ‘all is well’ attitude, which we believe to be typically ‘Indian’.

These festive hues, bring joy to the heart with Diwali just around the corner.

Captured at Chor Bazaar in Mumbai, India it shows the animated expression of a carefree old man, with ‘no strings attached’.
